| I have a few of the nintendo games, but I also have the FireRed version. I actually don't know where I am in that game, never played it in a long time, and I can't find my nintendo case, which has all my games in it. :/ If you want to try the game, any pokemon game would be fine. It doesn't really matter which game you start out with. There all pretty much the same concept, but some games have different places, events, and pokemon.  | |

| Even though any game would be fine, I guess I would pick either Pokemon Platinum or pokemon Diamond. They are basically the same thing, but pokemon platinum is supposed to have a special story event that doesn't happen in pokemon Diamond.  | |
